Terms of Purchase Agreement
By signing below, You understand and accept the terms and conditions set forth herein. These terms and conditions govern the relationship between You (“Client”) and Secure IT Helpdesk Nevada.
1. The Agreement: By signing this Agreement you certify that you have carefully read and understood the terms and conditions that follow. By making a purchase of products and or services through our online website portals and or with any of our agents and partners directly or indirectly, over the phone and or online, you accept and are bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Payment: Upon signing this document you accept to provide a payment method to which a debit amount in US dollars will be charged depending on the products and or services you purchased. The amount paid through your payment method will show a charge from “Secure IT Helpdesk NV, on your credit card/bank statement.
3. Product and Services: Upon confirmation of the receipt of the payment, the products and or services purchased will be provided usually within 1 to 24 hours. All software product licenses take up to 24 hours to be emailed, activated and or installed.
4. Refund: We provide a 30 days MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
All unused software products returned within 30 days of the purchase in its original form are refundable. The refund will be issued after the verification of the product being returned is unused and in its original form confirmed by our software development team. All used software licenses are non-refundable
We provide a 100% refund guarantee on all software custom programming services. If you are not satisfied with the programming services provided to you, you must provide us a notice of intent by calling our toll free number 1888-313-9343 or send us a message through our web portal at https://secureithelpdesk.com/contact-us/
Upon receiving your notice of intent, one of our engineering team members will contact you to resolve your issue within 24 hours. Should we fail to resolve your issue to your satisfaction, we will refund your entire services product purchase amount within 3 days.
Please note there is no refund full or partial after the 30 days guarantee period expiration.
In the event of customer failing to follow the proper procedure and guidelines for refund and or files a charge back within the 30 days money back guarantee period, the 30 days money back guarantee will be terminated at will by Secure IT Helpdesk Nevada.
5. Indemnify: Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless Secure IT Helpdesk Nevada and its directors, officers, employees, agents, stockholders, affiliates, and suppliers from and against all allegations, claims, actions, suits, demands, damages, liabilities, obligations, losses, settlements, judgments, costs and expenses (including without limitation attorneys’ fees and costs) which arise out of, relate to or result from any unintentional error and or omission of Secure IT Helpdesk Nevada and or customer or natural characteristics of the product and services in the case of such event. Customer acknowledges that he has clearly understood policy and procedures stated in this agreement.
